- Drag pages into a new order. Use the buttons on each page to rotate or delete it.
- Select Save PDF to download the reorganised document.
One editor for page housekeeping
Organize combines reordering, rotating and deleting, so you can fix a scanned document in one pass. Changes are only applied when you save, and the original file on your disk is never modified.
Keyboard and touch friendly
Pages can be dragged with a mouse, a trackpad or a finger. Each page also has buttons to move it earlier or later, which is precise for long documents.
Questions about Organize PDF
Are my files uploaded when I organize a PDF?
No. Scissor PDF runs a PDF engine written in Rust and compiled to WebAssembly inside your browser tab. Your files are read from your disk into the page's memory, processed there and saved back to your device. The site has no upload endpoint, and its Content Security Policy blocks the page from sending data to any other server.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Select a deleted page again to restore it, rotate a page back, or use Reset to return to the original order before you save.
Does reordering affect links and bookmarks?
Links between pages that stay in the document keep working. Bookmarks and links pointing to deleted pages are removed so the file has no broken references.
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Use Merge PDF to combine the files first, then open the merged file here to put pages in order.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
It is free, with no account, no daily task limit and no watermark added to your documents. Because the work happens on your own computer, there is no server cost per file for us to recover.
